Fire Emblem Awakening is the next game in the Fire Emblem series is slated for release on Nintendo 3DS next April 19, at least they do in Japan.The game will feature a new storyline, but as reported by Famitsu, some classic characters in the series will be back-including Marth, but appear blurred. Other figures cited by the Japanese publication are Clear Fire Emblem Gaiden, Wrath of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, and Innes Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. The game will also have rare or special items hit the game via DLC, marking the title as the first game of Nintendo 3DS to have that kind of content area. Nintendo has also confirmed that the game will support local multiplayer and will use Street Pass function of the console. As we await the release date for America, we leave you with this trailer.
